Each panel is individually CNC-machined, engraved, assembled, and finished in-house using the same standards and techniques used in professional marine electrical refits.

Acrylic faceplate backed with G10 fiberglass laminate for improved rigidity and durability
Internal wiring terminated with heat-shrink marine connectors for corrosion resistance and strain relief
Custom-machined copper hot buses, electroplated with tin in-house for corrosion resistance
Brass shoulder washers designed to help protect acrylic mounting holes from overtightening stress
CNC-engraved labels hand-filled with durable oil paints
Fully customizable colors, lettering, breaker labels, and layout details
Panels are built using marine electrical practices informed by ABYC standards and real-world service experience aboard working and cruising vessels.
